"With stage performances, the audience is already there, and you often have sound effects to build the hype. On the street it is different – you’ve got to adapt, and it’s not just about talent. You have to ask why people should give you money, and know how to get the crowd. I like being out under the sky and on the street, where you can see your audience’s faces. I believe a lot of creativity comes from the street and people here don’t really realise that. I chose to do this because nobody expects great things to be coming from the street; nobody takes busking seriously."
